What counts as one calculation?
Every press of Calculate. A route that cannot be found is not charged.
When do the monthly calculations reset?
On the 1st of every month. Unused ones do not carry over — credits do.
Do credits expire?
No. They are used after the month's calculations run out.
Who in my company can use them?
The owner and the dispatchers share the company's calculations and credits.
Can I buy credits on the free plan?
Yes. Any carrier can buy credits, on any plan.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, inside the platform.
