Exact tolls for your truck, country by country
The route is calculated for heavy vehicles with your truck's gross weight, axles, Euro emission class and height — the same data toll operators charge by. Each country is shown on its own line.
Your fleet, your numbers
Each truck keeps its weight, axles, Euro class, height and fuel consumption. Pick a truck and the result follows. If a truck is missing data, the calculator warns you before it calculates.
Fuel at today's price
Litres for the real distance at the truck's consumption, at the current diesel price, with a markup for the part of the route abroad.
Driver pay by days on the road
Every driver has a pay per day. The calculator counts the days the trip takes and adds the cost — or nothing, if you drive yourself.
Your own rates
Maintenance per kilometre and the share for other costs have sensible defaults. Change them once in your company settings and every calculation uses them.
Minimum price and offer
The result ends with the price at which the trip pays for itself. Calculated from a load on the platform? One click opens it with your offer pre-filled.
Saved history
Every calculation is kept, so you can come back to a route or compare it with what the job actually earned.
Monthly cost report
On the 1st of every month: what your completed jobs cost in fuel, tolls and pay — and what was left.
Loads along the route and back
For an accepted job the platform suggests loads along the way and for the trip back — fewer empty kilometres.
For the whole team
The owner and the dispatchers share the company's monthly calculations and credits.
What it does not include
It is an estimate, not an invoice. Ferries, parking, fines and waiting time are not included, and toll tariffs change — for unusual routes, check with the operator.
